Terms
Due to Covid-19, we are requesting homes be unoccupied during the photoshoot whenever possible to reduce risks to both the occupants and the photographer. To reduce any spread of the virus, photographer will be wearing a mask in occupied homes upon request, and touching as little as possible so please ensure home is photo ready!
General photo delivery is next day prior to 9pm after the on-site appointment.
Appointment cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Same day cancellations will result in a $45, non-refundable charge. This includes same day rescheduling because the property is not ready to shoot.
Stafford Real Estate Photography retains all image and media copyrights. You will receive a limited copyright license for use of the photos while you are representing the listing, please do not give images to anyone else without permission.
Domain name purchases are non-refundable once you have been provided your URL.
